Eminem Holds On To #1 Spot
So rumors of Marshall’s demise on the charts (or slide to #2 to be less dramatic) have turned out to be greatly exagerrated. Despite projections that seemed to indicate otherwise, Em rallied at the last minute to outsell The Cop by 11,000 units (187K to Rawse’s 176K) and hold on to the #1 spot for the 5th consecutive week. To date he’s sold 1.6 million copies of Recovery. And Teflon Don will be the first Ross album that has failed to land at #1 in its first week in stores
